£36,000 – £40,000 + OTE
I’m working with a well established, investment backed technology business entering a new growth phase.
They’re expanding their Sales Development team and looking for commercially driven individuals who want to build a long-term career in B2B sales.
This is an outbound-focused role within a structured, performance led environment.
You’ll be:
• Proactively generating new business conversations
• Researching and approaching decision makers
• Qualifying opportunities and booking product demonstrations
• Managing pipeline activity with discipline
• Working closely with senior sales leadership
What they’re looking for:
• Experience in a B2B sales or business development role
• Evidence of working to targets
• Strong communication and relationship building skills
• Resilience and a growth mindset
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, accountable environment
